The cycling tour takes you through the city and past the most iconic locations of the BVB. The 27 km long route starts at the Dortmund Hauptbahnhof and takes you through the most important chapters of the BVB's history.

The route leads once around the Westfalenhalle, before it passes the „Stadion Rote Erde“. From 1937 to 1974, it served as the home stadium of the BVB. Today, the second team of the BVB and the women's team use the stadium. In the Gold Hall of the Westfalenhalle, the DFB decided in 1962 to found the Bundesliga. Behind the „Stadion Rote Erde“ follows the Signal-Iduna-Park. There, visitors can find the Borusseum, the BVB Museum, and the Fanshop. The „Yellow Wall“, the south stand of the stadium, is considered one of the most impressive standing tribunes in Europe.
